Let's Get Started!

We are a hands-on coach & consulting group that is going to roll up our sleeves with you. Our program is no less than 12 months and, in most cases, 18 months or more.

As you scale your business, your needs will change, and we will adapt. We will become your facilitator and help prepare your yearly and quarterly meetings. The longer we work together, the more we focus on those larger issues and opportunities, helping you with forecasts and strategies.

Several clients keep us on as an advisory board, and we work with them regularly as they enter their 2nd and 3rd years with us.

Our process is intended to be the easiest part of your day because we know you already have enough tough things on your plate. We want to be your easy button.

2. Meet & Greet

Meet & Greet

Contact us for a Zoom meet and greet. We want to get to know you and your business, walk through your issues, needs and roadblocks to see how we can help. We'll share the process in detail & set expectations.

3. First 30-60 Days

First 30-60 Days

Depending on your needs, we generally will spend the first 30-60 days working through your financials, vendor relationships, CRM, and other critical components of your business.

4. Vision Day

Vision Day

Within the first 60 days, we'll host a Vision Day on site. This two-day workshop involves your entire Leadership Team. We'll work through Core Values, Mission, Vision, establish KPI’s, start building out a business plan, and much more.

5. Purple Support

Purple Support

We're on a mission to help you grow by offering you ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability. After your Vision Day we will meet weekly for one hour and will be available throughout the week as things come up.

6. Solving Riddles

Solving Riddles

The initial quarterly meeting may not always occur within 90 days of Vision Day. Sometimes, we require extra time to solve your riddles. Let's not rush; we'll reach the destination together. If we need to prioritize specific challenges, we can always make adjustments.

7. Settling In

Settling In

After your first quarterly we'll reassess meeting frequency. This often means we've settled into a rhythm and can switch to a biweekly meetings while you maintain the weekly meetings in house.

8. Kickoff Meeting

Kickoff Meeting

At the beginning of each year we host a kickoff meeting with all of the TEAM’s we coach. We work through each department to strategize for the year. This supercharged event helps you break those leashes, share experiences, and network with like minded people in the industry.

He is obsessed with helping others grow their business, take control of their time and get them what they want out of life. From working in your business, to on your business, you now have someone as dedicated as you are. His goal is always to be the other “you” in your business. Michael Whittaker

Michael's Bio Summary

After a successful career in the landscape world, Michael took a Coaching role in 2023 with twin Robert Whittaker. Michael brings a lot to the meetings – from experience shares to labor and operations expertise and more. After selling his company for a 7-figure exit, he has a new outlook on what is most important. He is determined to make sure each owner and leader within your company is not alone when making tough decisions. From session to risk management and more, he has your back. He has a particular interest in working with companies looking to get to 4 million dollars and is your go-to coach for tactical day-to-day questions.

Crystal Hines

Crystal's Bio Summary

Crystal has an extensive bookkeeping background, experience with JobNimbus, and expertise in many other programs related to construction. She knows numbers, is excellent at executing “to-dos,” and moves quickly to complete tasks. She is a key team member in both Magnolia Fence & Patio and Purple Coaching & Consulting. She handles the onboarding process, JobNimbus operations, QuickBooks management, and helps with scheduling. She will be your point of contact for files, links, and how-tos.

Jordan Domiquez

Jordan's Bio Summary

Jordan has been working with Robert for 10 years. We knew she would be a perfect fit to be the voice behind the phone and the smile everyone needs at Purple Coaching. Her background is in taking care of people. Literally, that is what she was trained to do, and she loves talking to everyone we work with. When asked about her favorite part of her job it was simple: “I love talking to people and connecting with them. Even though I don’t meet many of these people, I feel like we are friends.” Jordan runs our client relations at Magnolia Fence & Patio and is Robert Whittaker’s Executive Assistant. She fills all the shoes as needed to get everyone’s back.

“C-Suite” refers to a company’s chief officers (top-level management). This includes CEO, CFO, COO, and others. 

We offer Fractional C-Suite Services to help supplement for labor shortages, offset overhead costs, and keep you from switching your hat so many times throughout the day. These services are additional cost and determined based off size and growth strategy.

Here are a few of the C-Suite Services that you can add to your coaching and consulting plan:

  • Bookkeeping: We can help organize your books, maintain your books, and give you monthly financial analysis.

  • Human Resources: We can help onboard employees, host meetings, provide one-on-one training, and hire/terminate as needed.

  • Automations: We are quickly becoming experts at JobNimbus. This includes helping companies sync with QuickBooks, integrate workflows and scheduling, and more. We’ve helped several companies set up their automation and workflow, and we would love to help with yours, too.
