How much is the investment?

The initial start up over the first 60 days is between $5000-$7500. Each month to follow for the first year is $1500-$2500. After year 1, the investment is between $1250-$1750 per month. This is subject to change based on the size of your company (revenue and leadership team) and travel expense for vision & quarterly days.

What is my time commitment?

Typically, we need 6 full working days in the first year. This usually drops to 5 full working days per year in year 2 and beyond. In the first year, these days include 2 full days for your Vision Day, 1 full day each quarter for your Mission Meet Up Quarterly Meetings, 2 full days for your year-end / kick off meeting. The first 90 days will be the most time intensive. We will formally meet once a week for 1 hour and their will be several break out discussions outside of our meeting as tactical issues arise. In the 90-180 term, we will meet biweekly for 1-1.5 hours. After the 180 term, we will reassess and determine what your needs are. In most cases we will shift to check ins on your weekly meetings as needed, work on strategic backend work, and focus on your quarterly meetings. We have found that most businesses need our fractional bookkeeping services and generally we spend 1-2 hours a week meeting and working on your financials.

Who is involved in the coaching sessions?

Your leadership team will attend most, if not all, of the meetings. This would be no more than one representative from each department. Sometimes, we will add or remove team members based on their value to the session.

When will I start seeing results?

We have clients who have experienced instant relief as soon as we've begun with “I am in. Let’s get started!” That is also when the work starts. In most cases, the first 90-day term is when we are getting to the core issue. So, just like in Karate Kid , we have to wash the car and paint the fence before we can kick some ass! So be patient. Within the first 90 days, we should start getting your financials where they need to be, create or adjust the current processes to streamline communication, create meeting rhythms, and start recording goals and KPIs. The second 90 days are when it really comes together, and you start seeing movement. Remember, this is leadership training. It takes time to get everyone aligned and rowing in the same direction. By the end of year 1, everything should be copy, paste, rinse, and repeat. This is when we should start being able to predict our results. You should see an increase in revenue, profits, efficiency, and culture. Your systems and process will be easy and make sense to everyone. Work should be fun by now.

What results should I expect?

Your financials will improve, including your actual profits, which will be usable for banks and other financial institutions. Revenue & Profits are guaranteed to increase when we determine your "who" and not focus on your "how." You will learn tricks and tips to run a highly-effective team. You and your team will become intentional. Your new SOP’s will increase efficiencies. And so much more…

Although there are some tactical-type decisions we can help make, the majority of the day-to-day business is left up to you.
